Egg yolk 3 pcs
Milk 100ml

Steps:
1. Place the animal cream, sugar, butter, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
Heat until the ingredients are completely melted, bring to a boil, and stir well, then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
2. Add the egg yolks to the pan and stir well.
3. Add the milk and vanilla extract and continue to stir well.
4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions for the ice cream maker, usually for 30-40 minutes, until the ice cream is soft and smooth.
Pour the chocolate ice cream into the ice cream carton and place it in the freezer until solidified and ready to serve.
It takes some time and patience to make chocolate ice cream, but the resulting ice cream is rich and smooth, and very delicious.
Not all people are suitable for eating ice cream. People who are not suitable to eat ice cream:
